About Abel's Touch Carwash & Detailing Specialist
Abel's Touch sits off 82 under the railroad bridge in Gainesville, in the old Great American Car Wash building. It's full service, so you can roll in for a basic wash or go all the way with the interior vacuumed and wiped down. The shop also takes on RVs and boats, not just daily drivers. Reviewers talk up the work more than anything. One said their van came back smelling new, another had year old slime pulled off the floor of their SUV. The lobby gets mentioned too, with comfortable seating, a big TV and a snack bar for the wait. Wait times vary. One customer said about an hour for a full service on a Subaru Outback. Another mentioned being told only certain detail packages were available that day, with no explanation. Worth asking what's on offer when you call or walk in.
