About B&G Detail
B&G Detail runs a mobile operation out of Carpentersville, so the wash, wax and ceramic work happens in your driveway instead of a shop. The crew also handles boats and motorcycles. For RVs, they tackle fiberglass that has spent years in the sun, oxidation and all. Reviewers keep coming back to how the team handled a beat-up RV exterior. One owner said the fiberglass took extra hours and the crew stayed on it without asking for more money or cutting corners. Others mention Ben by name, and the flexible scheduling comes up more than once. A few people had to change their appointment times and it got sorted without drama. Dog hair and ground-in kid mess come up in the interior reviews too. The pricing gets talked about plenty, usually in a good way, and people describe staff as polite and easy to deal with. It is a family run business, and reviewers seem to notice that. Hours are posted but the shop is not open around the clock.
