About K&R Detail
K&R Detail is a car detailing service in Holland, Michigan, that also handles RVs. It has a 1.3-star rating from 25 Google reviews, so expectations should be set accordingly. Some reviewers had positive experiences. One mentioned a radiator broke nearby and they limped in; staff started on it within a couple hours. Another said an air line was fixed fast for a fair price. Both called the people nice. But many reviews are harsh. Several describe rude and aggressive behavior from staff. Some claim they were overcharged and then physically assaulted when they questioned it. Others say they were threatened and that cops were called. These are serious allegations, and the pattern shows up in multiple reviews. If you go, keep your receipts and be careful.
