About Nagel RV Trailer Repair
Nagel RV Trailer Repair in Merrill handles more than just repairs. They also do detailing, inspections, and even roof work. It's a mobile service, so they come to you. Ben Nagel runs the place, and reviewers often mention his helpful staff and clear communication. Some customers praise Ben for going out of his way, like driving over 90 minutes to provide an estimate. Others highlight his knowledge and kindness when tackling projects like water heater repair or AC repair. Pricing gets mixed feedback, with some finding it reasonable and others not. The shop also works on vintage camper restoration, and one reviewer appreciated Ben's help finding rare parts. Not every review is positive. A few customers describe long waits and unfinished work, so it's worth asking about timelines upfront. The shop is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly.
