About Premier Pro
Premier Pro is a locally owned pressure washing and cleaning outfit in San Antonio, run by Shana Brouillette and working across Central and South Texas since 2013. Alongside commercial cleaning, they handle ceramic, wash and wax work and note they're insured and bonded, so there's coverage behind the job. The company carries a 4.7 rating across 13 Google reviews, and the themes repeat: detail oriented work, polite staff, soft wash and window cleaning. Reviewers mention houses and home exteriors more than anything else. One customer had vinyl siding soft washed and said it was still looking good months later. Others describe deep cleaning, grout work and timely communication. It's a pressure washing service in category, so your rig sits next to a wider cleaning lineup that includes offices, move-outs, post construction and truck fleets. Fleets and interiors come up too. If you want an exterior washed or waxed while the rig's parked, this is a San Antonio option with a track record.
