Harahan, LA
Trailer washing services in Harahan, Louisiana
Harahan sits right where Jefferson Parish meets the river, and a lot of towables and boat trailers live down here in driveways and storage yards off Jefferson Highway. Two trailer washing detailers serve the city, averaging a 5.0 rating across 8 reviews each. That's a small pool, so book ahead. I've had a chalky fiberglass cap come back to white after a proper oxidation job, and I've also paid too much for a ceramic coat that needed more upkeep than I expected.

What the two Harahan detailers offer
Menders Auto & Boat Detailing and Menders Boat Finishing & Fiberglass both handle trailer washing and wax, and both are rated 5.0 and 4.9 on 8 reviews. The second one lists oxidation removal and interior work, which matters if your gelcoat has gone chalky from Louisiana sun and river humidity. Ask whether oxidation gets cut before wax goes on. Wax over dead gelcoat just hides the problem for a few weeks.
Wash, wax, or ceramic
One of the two detailers here offers ceramic coating, and both do wax. Ceramic is worth it if you'll keep up with the maintenance washes it needs; skip it if the trailer sits uncovered between trips. Ask for the price per foot and whether they bring their own water and power, since some driveways and storage lots in Harahan don't have a spigot handy. Neither detailer lists roof cleaning, so bring that up on the call.
Across the parish line
Four more trailer washing detailers sit nearby if the two in Harahan are booked out. That's worth knowing during spring and fall, when everyone remembers their trailer at once. Check HOA or storage-yard rules before you schedule a wash at home. Some subdivisions and yards restrict runoff or water use.
